The school were struggling to get by in the limited space they had to prepare and serve food. Several solutions were proposed, but after consultation with the surveyor the decision was made to knock through to the small adjacent store in order to extend the kitchen.

This project was a good example of how a small amount of additional space can make a big difference and the kitchen now really makes the most of all the space available.
